700 Base Reads and Beyond with the new v3.0 software upgrade

The latest software upgrade for the GS Junior will enable the use of new sequencing kits and protocols that are capable of producing read lengths of 700-800 bases and longer.

Throughput profile:       ~85% of total bases from reads >700 bases in length

                                           45% of total bases from reads > 800 bases in length

Throughput:                    ~70Mb

Reads per Run:               ~100,000 shotgun; 70,000 amplicon

Accuracy:                         Q20 read length of 700 bases (99% accuracy at 700 bases and higher for

                                          preceding bases)

Run Time:                        18 hours
