Speed and simplicity for targeted and small genome sequencing.

The MiSeq desktop sequencer allows you to access more focused applications such as targeted gene sequencing, metagenomics, small genome sequencing, targeted gene expression, amplicon sequencing, and HLA typing. New MiSeq reagents enable up to 15Gb of output with 25M sequencing reads and 2 x 300bp read lengths.

                                    >80% bases higher than Q30 at 2 x 150bp;

                                    >75% bases higher than Q30 at 2 x 250bp;

                                    >70% bases higher than Q30 at 2 x 300bp
