Complete removal may not be immediate, and in some instances, all archival copies may be impossible to delete. FCL has established reasonable precautions to protect collected personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, which includes contractual, administrative, physical, and technical steps.
